Top-Notch Plumbing is proud to operate the only plumber-registered apprenticeship program in Greeley—and one of just a few in all of Northern Colorado. Our program is designed to develop skilled, licensed, and code-compliant journeyworker plumbers through a combination of hands-on experience and structured classroom education.

Program Goal:
To develop skilled and code-compliant plumbers through on-the-job training and classroom instruction covering all phases of commercial, residential, and industrial plumbing.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Hold a high school diploma or GED

  • Be physically capable of performing plumbing work

  • Be employed with Top-Notch Plumbing for at least 90 days

Cost & Compensation

  • No tuition cost – Top-Notch Plumbing covers the full cost of education

  • Apprentices are paid wages throughout the program

Transferability

The apprenticeship certification is recognized in most jurisdictions across the United States.

Recognition & Career Advancement

  • Certificates awarded after successful completion of each classroom course
  • Wage increases tied to completion of each year/course

  • Recognition during company meetings and in internal newsletters

  • Eligibility to take the Colorado journeyworker plumber license exam upon completing the program
