Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Miguel Ochoa was fantastic! He fixed my restaurant's leaky sink super fast and was incredibly friendly! He even helped me take a look at some other concerns I had with a drain that I hadn't mentioned over the phone! Extremely friendly and transparent with different solutions. Would absolutely recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The services went really good, price was reasonable, and the office’s communication was great!

Due to poor installation by the builders of our house, and cheaper hardware they used, three of our bathroom sinks started leaking all at the same time. Top Notch was recommended to me by numerous folks at my employment, so we took a chance and went with them. They identified the issues, recommended replacement hardware, and quoted very reasonable prices for the work that needed to be done. No complaints, highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Miguel and Jeremiah installed a new water heater for us, and because our old one was so outdated, they had to do a significant amount of work to bring everything up to code. From the initial consultation with Jeremiah to the installation completed by Miguel and Jeremiah, the entire experience was exceptional.
They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what needed to be done and why. Their workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding.
I couldn't be happier with the service Top Notch provided. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and reliable professionals!

Importance of Cleaning Ductless Systems

Consider cleaning your HVAC system after a renovation, contamination event (like water damage or pests), or if you see mold on indoor units. If occupants have unexplained symptoms or illnesses linked to air quality, cleaning is crucial. Regular maintenance every 3 to 5 years is also recommended.

Health Benefits: Clean air ducts reduce the presence of allergens and irritants in the air. This is particularly beneficial for individuals with allergies, asthma, or other respiratory conditions.

System Efficiency: Removing debris from the indoor and outdoor units can improve airflow and energy efficiency, leading to lower utility bills and prolonging the lifespan of the HVAC system.

Odor Elimination: Regular cleaning can help remove musty smells and other odors caused by mold, tobacco use, pets, or food.

How Ductless System Cleaning Works

Inspection: Technicians inspect both the indoor and outdoor units to assess the level of contamination and any potential issues.

Protection: All surfaces and furnishings near the indoor units are usually covered to protect them from dust and debris.

Cleaning Process: A combination of manual cleaning, vacuums, and gentle cleaning agents is used to clean the filters, coils, and other components of the ductless system.

Sanitization: After cleaning, some services may offer sanitization using antimicrobial treatments to eliminate bacteria and mold spores.
